About Us
At Bosque Satori Sports, we guide athletes through an integral approach that combines various psychotherapeutic perspectives, meditation, and somatic tools, all grounded in scientific principles. Our mission is to help athletes develop a sustainable balance between the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions—essential for facing the challenges of high performance while cultivating well-being and self-awareness.
Our multidisciplinary team of clinical and sports psychologists brings a strong academic background and extensive experience in high-performance environments. We integrate psychotherapeutic approaches such as constructivist post-rationalism, Jungian psychology, psychodrama, and transpersonal Gestalt therapy. Additionally, we incorporate various meditative techniques, including mindfulness and active meditations, fostering a deep connection with the present moment. Complementing this, we use somatic tools such as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) to support nervous system regulation and release accumulated tension.
We adopt a gender-inclusive perspective, respecting and valuing the unique characteristics of each individual. Through this integration of perspectives and techniques, we empower athletes to reach their fullest potential and connect with their purpose in a conscious, fulfilling, and transformative way.
